Responsibilities: • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties. • Review, process, and track real estate documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance. • Accurately enter and manage property listings and sales in the MLS and Dotloop transaction systems. • Track missing or incomplete items and follow up as needed. • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and agents with professionalism and warmth. • Assist with onboarding new agents by providing orientation on office systems and procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment. • Support agents with basic tech troubleshooting, printing, and file organization. • Monitor task queues, meet internal deadlines, and respond to urgent issues calmly and clearly. • Help us build a workplace that feels smooth, professional, and a little fun too. Qualifications: • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, Adobe, and filing systems • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Shows the ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Real estate or transaction coordination experience is a strong plus • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry and documentation • Comfortable learning and using a variety of digital tools and cloud-based systems • Flexible team player willing to help colleagues and adapt to changes Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
