We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth daily operations, transaction coordination, and client communication. This part-time position will require approximately 20 hours per week. This is an in-office position and requires an active Real Estate license. Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review real estate contracts and documents (Buyer Agency, Listing Agreements, Offers to Purchase) • Coordinate transaction timelines, schedule appointments, and attend appointments or showings as needed • Communicate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents • Review and organize disclosures and closing documents • Measure properties and calculate square footage • Coordinate with ancillary services (mortgage, title, and warranty) • Manage calendar, database, and marketing initiatives • Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation • Prepare monthly reports and agent billing Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required) Knowledge and Skills: • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction workflow • Familiarity with MLS platforms, DocuSign, ZipForm, and CRM tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • At times, may require flexibility in your work schedule in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks • Reliable transportation, a valid NC Driver’s License, and proof of insurance • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed • High level of attention to detail and accuracy Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
