Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk responsibilities, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, takes initiative, and follows tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors professionally and create a welcoming office environment
Answer and route incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and directing customers to the appropriate team member
Perform general administrative duties (data entry, document handling, scanning/copying, filing, mail processing)
Maintain office organization and assist with day-to-day operational tasks
Support the team with special projects and follow-through on assigned tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, carriers, and team members
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Computer literacy and comfort learning new systems (Microsoft Office/agency systems, as applicable)
