We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities: As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members. • Managing the firm's calendar and scheduling appointments. • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. • Managing and organizing files and documents. • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes. • Handling confidential information with discretion. • Performing other secretarial duties as assigned. • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews • Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Professional appearance and demeanor • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
