POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part‑Time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. This role is essential to creating a positive experience at Big Brainbox and supporting daily front‑desk operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy education environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet students, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to basic questions about programs and schedules
Assist with class and camp check‑in and check‑out
Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
Support customer service needs calmly and professionally
Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
Communicate with instructors and staff to support daily operations
Handle confidential information responsibly
