Our programs utilize cutting-edge exergaming technology and a multidisciplinary team to support individuals, especially those with neurodevelopmental challenges.

    Position Summary:

    Fitness for Health is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist / Front Office Attendant & Social Media Assistant to join our administrative team. This unique hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, and demonstrate a creative and confident approach to managing our social media presence.

    This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and open to adapting to the evolving needs of our center. You may be asked to assist with a variety of administrative, creative, or program-related tasks depending on the day—so a team-player mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed is essential.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Front Office Responsibilities:

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

    Respond to email inquiries regarding scheduling, billing, and general support

    Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic scheduling system

    Manage client records and billing via Clinic Source EMR software (training available)

    Greet and assist clients and visitors

    Maintain an organized, welcoming front office environment

    Provide administrative support to staff and therapists

    Social Media Responsibilities:

    Manage and post content to Instagram and Facebook accounts

    Edit and produce short videos to highlight our technology and therapeutic equipment

    Collaborate with staff to capture footage and testimonials that align with our mission

    Maintain a consistent posting schedule and track engagement metrics

    Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and promotes community engagement

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred

    Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, iMovie)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities

    Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content

    Familiarity with EMR systems like Clinic Source is a plus; willingness to learn required

    Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability

    Must be available during scheduled hours:

    Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM

    Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
