Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
- Maintaining organized digital records
- Make copies, scan documents, and assist with basic clerical tasks
- Distribute mail and handle incoming deliveries
- Scheduling of Conference rooms
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and office support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (email, copier, scanner, and filing systems)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office setting and requires sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of light office materials
