Are you a highly organized, people-focused individual with a passion for helping families? We’re looking for a Part-Time Nanny Recruiter to join our team! This is a remote, flexible role, perfect for a work-from-home parent or anyone seeking a meaningful, customer-service–driven position.
Position Details
Title: Part-Time Nanny Recruiter
Location: Central Texas (Remote / WFH)
Schedule: 10–15 hours per week
Pay: $15/hour
Start: Flexible start date
This is a primarily remote, work-from-home position. However, we hold in-person office days in Austin, TX approximately once a month. Candidates must be able to attend these occasional on-site days.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional communication and support to families and nanny applicants
Source, screen, and interview candidates (recruiting experience is a plus but not required)
Review applications and assess childcare experience
Conduct reference checks and run background checks
Maintain a strong, professional social media presence to promote openings
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience (required)
Childcare experience (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort with social media platforms
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, professional, and great with people
