This is a commission-only, part-time role for individuals who operate with urgency, ownership, and results in mind. If you can’t consistently deliver top talent and close decisively, this role will expose you. Responsibilities: • Recruit and onboard qualified real estate agents and support staff. • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies. • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using our internal systems. • Promote Cr8tive Realty’s culture and values to attract top talent. Qualifications: • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or real estate recruiting is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. • Experience with CRM or recruiting platforms is a plus. Compensation: $100,000+ potential
