Behavior Therapist (Part-Time)

ABA Squad is committed to providing high-quality, ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional education.

Why Join Us?

Sign-On Bonus:

$200 for individuals with a 40-hour RBT Training Certificate

$500 for individuals with an RBT Certification in good standing

Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,600 annually ($400 per quarter) based on hours worked and performance.

Flexible Scheduling: Part-time position with Monday-Friday availability after 3 PM.

Varied Work Settings: Work in-clinic, in-home, or in schools based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Create and prepare therapy materials as needed

Collect and graph behavioral data to track progress

Provide parent training and support, modeling ABA techniques

Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with insurance guidelines

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance ABA skills

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Certification:

Preferred: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Not yet certified? ABA Squad will cover the cost of RBT training and certification before your start date

Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required)

Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families and team members

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependability
