    We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This position starts part-time with opportunities for full-time growth and benefits.

    Sign-On Bonus Opportunities

    $200 Sign-On Bonus for candidates with a valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate

    $500 Sign-On Bonus for candidates with an active RBT Certification in good standing

    St. Louis, MO (North, South, and Central areas) and surrounding communities

    What You’ll Do

    Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

    Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

    Implement individualized treatment plans with support from your supervising BCBA

    Track client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones

    Build positive relationships with clients and families

    Use play-based teaching and positive reinforcement strategies

    Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
