Position Details

Job Title: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Primary service area is El Cajon, CA, with occasional travel to nearby San Diego County locations.

Schedule: Part-Time; flexibility required to meet patient visit schedules.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience—see our recent data on El Cajon RN rates!).

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for:

Providing skilled nursing care directly to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician's plan of care.

Conducting thorough patient assessments and monitoring vital signs and symptoms.

Administering medications and treatments, and coordinating care with other disciplines (PT, OT, HHA).

Educating patients and families on disease management, safety, and preventative health measures.

Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using our electronic charting system.

What You Bring:

Current, active California RN License (must be in good standing).

Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience is highly preferred).

Valid California Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation for community visits.

Exceptional assessment skills, professional reliability, and a patient-first attitude.

Current CPR/BLS Certification.
