Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality care for our in-home clients. This is a 20-hour-per-week position with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits.

Develop and update individualized care plans.

Provide clinical supervision to PCS aides.

Maintain Medicaid/DHHS compliant documentation.

Communicate with caregivers, families, and physicians.

Support quality assurance and compliance processes.

Qualifications

Required:

Active North Carolina RN license.

At lease 1 year of nursing experience.

Knowledge of NC PCS and DHHS requirements.

Reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Experience supervising in-home aides.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation

20 hours per week

Flexible scheduling

Pay: $35-$45 per hour based on experience and education

Mileage reimbursement

Paid training
