Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time RN for 20 hours/week to perform Client Intakes, Plan of Care, Supervision of our Caregivers and perform as Administrator during our licensing acquisition phase for our non-medical home care services in West Palm Beach. The nurse must be licensed in Florida and reside locally in Palm Beach County. This role focuses on coordinating care, supervising staff, and ensuring client satisfaction, with a flexible schedule and bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support non-medical caregivers
Develop, monitor, and update individualized care plans
Ensure quality and compliance in non-medical home care services
Collaborate with families and community resources
Assist in staff training, and retention
Incorporate preventive devices and interventions to enhance safety and independence
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Florida
Preferred minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Must reside locally in Palm Beach County
Milenis Home Care is a newly established Home Health Agency, currently in the process of licensing with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). We provide non-medical home care services with placement of RN supervised caregivers offering assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to help clients remain safe, independent, and supported in their homes.
While our primary focus is serving the older adult population, Milenis Home Care also supports transgenerational clients, including postpartum mothers, infants, and children with disabilities, delivering compassionate, individualized care tailored to each stage of life.
