Part-Time Appointment Setter (Need to be located in DFW Metroplex)

Overview
We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help follow up with inbound leads and past customers.
Your role is simple: reach out, start conversations, and get customers scheduled.
This is not a cold sales role. People you contact have already shown interest or worked with us before.
Schedule
1.5 to 2 hours per day
Typically between 4:30pm–6:30pm
Flexible within that window
Responsibilities
Call and text new leads who requested service
Follow up with leads we haven’t connected with yet
Reach out to past customers to get them back on schedule
Book appointments for estimates or service
Log activity in ServiceMinder
Pay
$15–$18 per hour
Can easily earn an additional $50–$150 per week in bonuses
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable talking on the phone (this is the most important)
Clear communicator, friendly but direct
Reliable and consistent (shows up every day)
Organized and able to follow a simple process
Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience is a plus

Not a full-time position
