We’re an appointment-setting call center looking for people with outbound call center experience who love connecting with customers and setting quality appointments. What You’ll Do:

Call homeowners with specific home improvement needs

Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals

Work a fixed schedule (you choose your hours within company availability)

What We’re Looking For:

Prior outbound call center experience (appointment setting preferred)

Strong listening skills and professional phone manner

Able to talk on the phone while using a computer for long periods

Minimum 35 WPM typing speed

Florida residency required

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay + increase after 30 days

Paid training (online/virtual)

PTO after 90 days – part-time or full-time

Headset provided

Technical Requirements:

High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi)

Windows 10+ with at least 8GB RAM and 2GHz processor

Webcam for training/meetings
