    Key Responsibilities

    Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounge through exceptional service and product knowledge.

    Build genuine relationships with customers and communicate cigar features, pairings, and promotions.

    Demonstrate a strong drive for results and contribute to team goals and KPIs.

    Maintain deep knowledge of cigars, tobacco, and related accessories.

    Support overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, and visual presentation.

    Ensure a comfortable, responsible, and safe environment for all guests.

    Assist with other duties as assigned.

    Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

    Qualifications

    Work Environment

    Exposure to cigar smoke and airborne particles is expected.

    Occasional exposure to humid or wet conditions.

    Moderate noise level typical of a lounge setting.

    Physical Requirements

    Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

    Regularly use hands to handle products, tools, and POS systems.

    Occasionally climb, balance, kneel, or sit.

    Lift or move up to 35 pounds.

    Must have clear vision and focus for product handling and guest interaction.
