    Part-Time Sales / Administrative Coordinator King LASIK / K2 Vision – Lynnwood, WA (Primary Location)

    Washington’s premier eye care practice, King LASIK / K2 Vision, is seeking a results-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented Sales / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with a primary location in Lynnwood, WA.

    This role will also require occasional work at our Tukwila, WA location, including availability for one Saturday or Sunday per month to support weekend surgery schedules.

    We are a collaborative, patient-focused team dedicated to helping people experience freedom from glasses and contact lenses.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls from patients and colleagues

    Return voicemail messages and emails promptly and professionally

    Check in patients upon arrival and assist with patient flow

    Engage with prospective and existing patients to educate them on surgical options and assist with scheduling surgery

    Follow up with leads and pre-qualified patients to help convert consultations into scheduled procedures

    Confirm pre-operative and post-operative appointments

    Assist with administrative office duties as needed (charting, file preparation, patient intake, etc.)

    Greet patients and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment

    Perform other duties of similar scope and complexity as assigned

    Sales & Scheduling Focus

    This role is sales-focused, with an emphasis on guiding patients through the decision-making process and scheduling them for surgery

    Communicate confidently and compassionately with patients regarding next steps after consultations

    Maintain accurate scheduling and follow-up to support surgical volume goals

    Clinical Training & Expectations

    This position will be trained to perform diagnostic scans and pre-operative testing as part of the role

    Scan and testing responsibilities will be introduced progressively as training is completed

    Accuracy, attention to detail, and patient comfort are essential components of this responsibility

    Comfortable balancing sales conversations, patient scheduling, and administrative tasks

    Strong computer skills required

    Prior ophthalmic, surgical, or sales experience is preferred but not required
