Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Compensation: Hourly + Commission

Job Overview

SPENGA is a boutique fitness studio combining spin, strength training, and yoga into one powerful 60-minute workout. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, delivering great customer service, and helping people commit to their fitness goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a community-focused environment and prefers consultative sales over high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities

Sell fitness memberships and retail products

Meet and exceed sales and retention goals

Greet and assist members and first-time visitors

Support new member onboarding and follow-up

Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes

Maintain a clean, organized studio

Represent the SPENGA brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Previous sales experience required (fitness, retail, or high-end services preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Fitness background or certifications are a plus, but not required

Weekend availability preferred
