Responsibilities
Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
Calls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on-duty, either in-studio or remotely
Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
Know how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining
Assist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
Ensuring studio is always show-ready and SPENGA clean
Attend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter
Attend monthly team meetings evenings 8pm for one hour MANDATORY
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day
Help retain and increase client participation, to include:
Social Media: Posting IG reels, stories & posts – BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Don’t stress over perfection! Copy other studios/trending audios, etc.
Managing /supporting various In-studio challenges, including Bingo, Hellth Week, Century RIde, You vs You Challenge
