Part-Time Sales Representative – Home Health Care Wayne, NJ

About Us: We are a locally owned home health care agency providing compassionate, non-medical support for seniors and individuals recovering from illness or injury. Our mission is to help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

About the Role: We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Wayne area. This part-time position focuses on developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, nursing facilities, and other community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build relationships with social workers, case managers, and other professionals to share information about our services

· Help increase agency visibility through networking events, expos, and community outreach

· Identify and develop new referral sources and marketing opportunities

· Follow up regularly with potential and existing referral partners

· Maintain a database of leads and track outreach activities and results in our CRM
