Philly's Top Salon looking for our next rock-star Part-Time Guest Services Salon Coordinator!!

• Salon Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Phorest or other salon scheduling software is preferred.

Duties will include presenting a friendly and inviting atmosphere at all times, seating and offering clients beverages to enhance their experience, answering multiple line phone systems and scheduling clients, checking clients out and ringing up products, re-booking clients, answering emails, monitoring other dashboards for client requests, occasionally updating our blog and social media sites with content, and light cleaning.

All applicants must be sociable and friendly, with excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Well-spoken, professional, and personable on the phone, in person, and in e-mail correspondence

• The ability to multitask is a MUST!!! and to stay calm, cool and collected under pressure

• Competent with computers, apps, social media and Microsoft Word

• Punctual

• Fashion conscious

• Desire to learn and grow with the company
