    About the Role:

    Are you an experienced leader already within the salon and spa/beauty industry? We are looking for a seasoned luxury guest experience manager, who thrives on developing and maintaining positive team culture and growth along with operational excellence.

    Salon CoCo BOND is seeking a polished, organized, and highly motivated Full-Time Salon & Spa Experience Manager, to support our growing luxury salon & spa team, Tuesday through Saturday.

    We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, upscale environment and can confidently lead operations, motivate, guide and support staff, elevate the client experience, and help maintain both the team and salon running smoothly and efficiently. Prior salon/spa experience is a huge PLUS!

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee Daily/Evening/Saturday salon operations and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

    Team support and communication.

    Front desk leadership and efficiency/retail and rebooking success support

    Team Recruiting & Hiring

    Train and mentor salon staff on customer service best practices.

    Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

    Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.

    Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

    Collaborate with the salon team to enhance the overall guest experience.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon space.

    Schedule:

    Approximately 40 hours per week

    Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 10-6pm, Thursday 12-8pm, Friday 10:00-6pm, Saturdays 8-4pm

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in a salon, spa, hospitality or luxury customer service management role preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for positive team development.

    Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience handling customer service deescalation's professionally. and thrive in a dynamic/busy environment.

    Familiarity with salon management software and scheduling software preferred.

    Social media knowledge is a plus.

    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Hours Tuesday-Saturday
