Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part Time Self Storage Manager to join our team in Spartanburg, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and secure environment for our clients' belongings. Must be able to work Saturday's plus one additional weekday $13 hr.
- Manage facility operations, including renting storage units, processing payments, renting U-Haul Trucks and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are met
- Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors for more complex repairs
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Generate and analyze reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with team members to achieve facility goals and improve overall performance
