Join the Team at Grote Automotive! Grote Automotive is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Lot Porter to help maintain our dealership's appearance and support daily operations. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and contributing to a positive customer experience. As a Part-Time Lot Porter, you'll play an important role in keeping our vehicle inventory clean, organized, and ready for display while assisting the dealership team with day-to-day lot operations. Responsibilities: • Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot and designated parking areas. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking vehicle inventory. • Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to ensure they are customer-ready and display-ready. • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming vehicle deliveries. • Help customers by answering basic questions and directing them to the appropriate team member or department. • Monitor vehicle inventory and report any damages or discrepancies. • Keep the lot, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris. • Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures. • Support the sales and service teams with additional tasks as needed during scheduled shifts. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Previous automotive or lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
