POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to work alongside and lead team members to achieve shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing elevated hospitality for every customer. Base pay for the position is $15/hour with an additional $5-$6/hour in credit card tips.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leadership of store opening or closing duties.

Engaging with guests and selling product to achieve sales goals.

Team member training and coaching.

Communication liaison with store management.

Serve as a MilkShake Factory brand advocate delivering top-tier customer service.

Lead shift in mastering product recipes crafting the highest quality desserts for guests.

Provide shift leadership in handling customer service needs.

Maintain organized, clean store from front of house to back of house.

Ensure all cash management policies are followed.

Ensure food safety and quality during shift.

Assist with seasonal sales promotions.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.

At least 2 years of food and beverage experience.

Available to work flexible hours including weeknights until 10:30pm, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication skills, sales skills, and exceptional customer service skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while demonstrating leadership skills.

Ability to judge and appropriately react to business activity to ensure labor management.

Attention to detail and safety requirements.

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Previous customer service and cash-handling experience.

Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds.
