Role: Part-Time Content Creator / Social Media Editor

Location: Must be able to film in-person as needed (Virginia Beach area)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Hourly or project-based (based on experience)

At D-BAT Virginia Beach, we’re more than just a baseball and softball training facility — we’re a community where athletes of all ages develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. From private lessons and team training to top-tier camps and clinics, we’re known for our energetic environment and passion for player development. We’re looking to bring that same energy to facebook, instagram, and youtube.

About the Role:

This isn't just a “post and go” role. We need a creative, motivated content creator who knows how to capture the vibe of training, competition, and fun. You’ll bring our programs to life online and help build a stronger brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce video content for our “In the Cages” series

Create reels for camps, clinics, and events

Film and edit instructor content. Example: “Drill of the Day"

Make fun, engaging, and trend-driven posts that fit the D-BAT vibe

Collaborate on content ideas and campaign planning

Contribute to brand awareness and audience growth on social media

For the right person: Assist in creating flyers, graphics, and marketing materials

Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable editing videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Has a creative eye for transitions, captions, and storytelling

Brings ideas to the table and keeps up with social trends

Wants to grow with the role and build a long-term creative partnership
