Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant 📍 Jim Montgomery Swim School (JMSS) – North Dallas Area ⏰ Approximately 10 hours per week. More hours available if needed based on projects. 💲 $20–$25/hour based on experience
Jim Montgomery Swim School is looking for a creative, reliable, and flexible Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help capture and share the heart of our swim school through engaging content and marketing projects.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys photography, social media, content creation, and working independently while still being part of a fun, family-oriented business.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of lessons, events, staff, and students throughout the week
Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Schedule and post content from home
Assist with marketing projects, promotions, flyers, and other creative needs as assigned
Help maintain and grow JMSS’s online presence and community engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Strong photography and/or videography skills
Experience with social media platforms and content creation
Flexible schedule with availability to come in at different times during the week to gather content across all of our programs
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Creative eye and ability to capture fun, professional, family-friendly content
Experience with Canva, editing apps, or social media scheduling tools is a plus
Position Details:
