Job Summary

Cool Solution Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Office Clerk (English & Spanish) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in office administration, customer service, or business operations.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

Direct calls and messages to the appropriate department

Process incoming paperwork and maintain organized records

Make copies, scan documents, and prepare files

Sort and distribute incoming mail

Assist with data entry and administrative tasks

Maintain physical and electronic filing systems

Support office staff with daily operational duties

Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Qualifications

Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED

Excellent customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is a plus

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
