Our Part-Time Studio Manager plays a key role in supporting the team and driving the studio's success. This role combines leadership, client experience, and business support in a flexible, part-time capacity.

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Part-Time Studio Manager to join our team at Waxing the City, Fremont. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, supporting a team, and helping grow a local business through marketing and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience

Manage staff scheduling, front desk flow, and studio organization

Assist with social media marketing: creating posts, reels, and stories on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Support local marketing efforts, including B2B relationship building, community outreach, and events

Track performance metrics and support growth initiatives

Studio Upkeep, this includes, but is not limited to the following: managing cleaning checklist in accordance with the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms & front lobby area. Identifying & reporting any broken or unsafe equipment in the studio to ensure the safety of employees and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Exceptional Customer Service

Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with an eye for engaging content

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty/wellness.

A self-starter who enjoys both managing operations and marketing efforts

Ability to work part-time with some flexibility for evenings/weekends during events

Detail oriented
