Your Role: What You’ll Do
Customer Assistance & Team Support
Greet all our guest and members within our signature experience
Give a tour of our facilities to prospective clients and discuss their needs
Adhere to State and Federal guidelines for health and sanitation laws
Sell Luxury Sun Spray Spa Memberships and Cosmeceutical Grade Products
Assist customers in preparing for their services & answering questions
Understand the sales process asking open ended questions-- be proactively seeking feedback from clients
Obtain quality google reviews from our existing clients
Support our branding on social media by participating in quality content
Rotate laundry, clean and keep an orderly salon -- associates must understand cleaning and enjoy it
Task Management & Efficiency
Stay on task and proactive—no standing around!
Work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
Manage small tasks that create a big impact on daily operations
Salon Cleanliness & Organization
Sanitize and prepare spa & tanning rooms between guests
Keep the lobby, retail areas, and workstations stocked & organized
Manage laundry, cleaning supplies, and overall salon upkeep
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
✔️ 18+ Years Old ✔️ Reliable Transportation--Must have your own vehicle ✔️ Min 1 Year Customer Service/Sales Experience ✔️ Passion for Tanning, Beauty, & Wellness-- Must be willing to do our services to sell
Schedule & Availability:
Part-Time | Minimum 12- 18+ Hours Per Week (If you wish to work more we will review after 90 days)
Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays per month
Available Shift Options:
Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (OPEN) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (CLOSE)
Friday: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (OPEN) or 1:45 PM - 7:15 PM (CLOSE)
Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1 PM (OPEN) or 12:45 PM - 5:15 PM (CLOSE)
Sunday: 9:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Paid Trainings 3rd Sunday of the Month Group Trainings: 5:0 PM -6:30 PM
