$30.00/hour base pay

$3.00/hour weekend differential

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our team for a consistent Sunday 12‑hour shift. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule with steady part-time hours in a supportive and professional environment. Chatham Rescue Squad is a rural 911 based non-profit EMS service.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality emergency medical care and transport.

Assess, treat, and document patient conditions following established protocols.

Operate emergency vehicles safely and efficiently in rural environment.

Collaborate with EMT partners, dispatch, and receiving facilities.

Maintain equipment, supplies, and readiness of the ambulance and station.

Qualifications

Current NYS Paramedic certification.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Current CPR, ACLS, PALS certification.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
