    About the Individual You’ll Support

    You’ll work one-on-one with a friendly, engaging 32-year-old man with autism and an intellectual disability. He enjoys Disney music, trains, television shows, reading activities, and getting out in the community. He responds best to patient, encouraging, and positive support.

    What You’ll Do

    Participate in community outings and enjoyable shared activities

    Support daily routines and life skills

    Assist with reading and functional academic activities

    Provide encouragement, companionship, and gentle guidance

    Help foster independence, confidence, and community engagement

    Who We’re Looking For

    Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as:

    Psychology

    Education or Special Education

    Counseling

    Social Work

    Therapeutic Recreation

    Gerontology

    NADD certificate

    CNA

    We’re looking for someone who is:

    Patient, dependable, and compassionate

    Positive and engaging

    Comfortable working independently

    Reliable, with a valid driver’s license and transportation
