What You'll Do
As our Technical Outreach Specialist, you will be a crucial link between our technical team and our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support & Estimate Preparation: Assist our field technicians by visiting customers, performing Manual J calculations, helping prepare site estimates, and drafting clear, detailed proposals for customers.
- Proactive Estimate Follow-Up: Act as a friendly point of contact to follow up on submitted estimates, answer technical and non-technical questions, and ensure customers have all the information they need to make a confident decision.
- Customer Care Outreach: Connect with our existing customer base by text, email, and phone calls to share information about our maintenance plans, duct inspections, duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning services to maximize the lifespan of their systems, keep their ducts clear of organic growth, reduce energy bills, improve air quality, and keep their homes safe.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Be a positive voice for our company, building relationships and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service and good vibes.
