Position Overview: Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining organized inventory, preparing installer loads, and safely operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced flooring warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift to move, load, and organize flooring materials safely
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and assist with cycle counts
Prepare and load materials for daily installer jobs
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments
Operate flooring cut machine (experience preferred but not required)
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Communicate material needs or discrepancies to management
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience strongly preferred (certification a plus)
Experience using flooring cut machines is a plus, but training can be provided
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
