Who We Are Work Rehabilitation Specialists (WRS) is a medical device company headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI. We offer world class multi-modal post-op pain management for orthopedic excellence. We focus on systems that improve patient recovery and practice management. We do all of this while combating the Opioid Epidemic. We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Operations Assistant for our Ann Arbor warehouse location.

What You'll Do

Receive UPS packages daily and review shipment contents

Unpackage, sort, and stock contents in a neatly organized and secure fashion

Utilize computer databases to maintain accurate inventory records

Clean and test medical devices to prepare for redistribution

Perform minor repairs on medical devices as needed

Provide support for outbound shipments as needed

Assist with printing of marketing materials

Perform routine cleaning tasks

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as safety-related protocols

Demonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and manage time effectively

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and ability to stand for long periods of time
