We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in UI/UX design, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and the technical ability to maintain and enhance our current website.

This role will involve developing and implementing an e-commerce platform, transferring our current site to a mobile-responsive layout, and collaborating with our creative team to align the user experience with our brand goals. Responsibilities

Improve and maintain the current website with a focus on UI/UX design and consistency

Transfer the existing desktop layout to a fully mobile-responsive format

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch an e-commerce component

Optimize user journeys to support marketing goals and enhance site performance

Ensure best practices for SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization

Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to safeguard the site and customer data

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in web development

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks

Strong background in UI/UX design with a portfolio that demonstrates user-focused solutions

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom builds

Marketing knowledge is essential—must understand SEO, user funnels, and digital strategy

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and prevention protocols

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and design teams
