About the Role: You’ll be cleaning Airbnbs, apartment common areas, vacant units, and more. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail and efficiency matter. This is an entry-level position with real opportunities for advancement into Supervisor or Trainer roles ($18–$22/hr) for those who prove themselves.

What You’ll Need (Non-Negotiable):

Availability to work weekends & weekdays (2–4 shifts/week, part-time)

Professional paid cleaning experience (sorry — we aren’t training from scratch)

Ability to pass a background check

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and shared spaces

Strip and re-make beds with fresh linens (hotel-style)

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean carpets

Use the right tools and products for each surface

Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Fast, efficient work without cutting corners

Strong attention to detail — noticing the little things others miss

Confidence using standard cleaning products and equipment

Ability to flip rooms quickly and neatly (especially beds)

Clear communicator who takes initiative and shows up on time, every time
