    Full-Time Youth Soccer Program Coordinator Soccer Shots – Chicago NW Suburbs Compensation: $24,000/year + Performance-Based Bonuses

    Are you passionate about working with children, building relationships, and growing a youth-focused soccer program? Do you have a talent for communication, sales, and organization? If so, Soccer Shots Chicago NW Suburbs wants to meet you!

    We’re looking for a Full-Time Program Coordinator who will play a vital role in expanding and managing our soccer enrichment program for children ages 2–8. This role combines coaching, program coordination, and community outreach—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-centered environment.

    What You’ll Receive

    Base Salary: $2,000/month ($24,000 annually)

    What You’ll Do

    Coach & Promote: Coach engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions while promoting the program at schools and local events

    Coordinate Programs: Manage daily operations including class scheduling, coach assignments, and roster oversight

    Sales & Outreach: Visit preschools, daycares, and enrichment centers to build new partnerships and enrollments

    Serve as a Key Contact: Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and school administrators

    Marketing & Events: Attend community events, implement marketing strategies, and increase local visibility

    Coach Support: Ensure coaches have the resources, schedules, and equipment needed to succeed

    What You Bring

    Availability: Weekday availability between 9:00–11:30 AM and 2:30–4:30 PM is required. (Do not apply if you're only available after 4:00 PM or during midday hours.)

    Communication & Sales Skills: Able to confidently build relationships and close deals with school directors and parents

    Experience with Young Children: 1+ year working with children ages 2–8 in an educational, childcare, or recreational setting (teaching experience or early childhood management is a strong plus)

    Sales or Business Development Experience: 1+ year of sales experience required

    Soccer/Park District/Enrichment Program Experience: Strongly preferred but not mandatory

    Fun, Energetic Personality: Comfortable performing, leading, and engaging children in a playful and enthusiastic way (theater/acting experience is a bonus!)

    Transportation: Reliable car and comfort driving to schools and locations in the NW suburbs (e.g., Elk Grove Village, Palatine, Lake in the Hills, Plato Center)

    Organized & Goal-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities and proactively drive program growth
