About the Role:

Lecour Law, P.C. is looking for a talented Part-Time Attorney to join our growing legal team in Staten Island, NY. Responsibilities:

Handle legal matters and provide sound counsel to clients across assigned practice areas

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case summaries

Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions as needed

Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations

Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active New York State Bar license in good standing

Prior law firm or legal practice experience preferred

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with legal software and case management tools is a plus
