About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time Patient Advocate to join our team at Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, WA. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their treatment plans
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role (Nice to have but not necessary)
