Your Impact in This Role

As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a clinical leader and trusted partner to clients, families, and caregivers. You’ll ensure high-quality, compliant care while guiding and supporting the team.

What You’ll Do

Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Care Plans

Perform ongoing supervisory visits to ensure quality and continuity of care

Monitor client conditions and adjust care plans as needed

Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers

Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices

Document assessments, visits, and care updates accurately and timely

Lead and participate in care conferences and team meetings

Support caregiver development through coaching, training, and supervision

Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and care teams

Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts

Assist with on-call support (nights/weekends/holidays, as needed)

What You Bring

You’re both a clinician and a leader—someone who can balance compassion with accountability.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

2+ years of home care experience

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Preferred

1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong documentation habits

Comfortable navigating regulations and compliance standards

Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
