    Provide administrative support to professional office staff estimated at 20 -25 hours of work per week.

    Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well stocked during business hours.

    Assist with data entry, documentation preparation, and recordkeeping as needed.

    Plan administrative tasks that are completed accurately and on time.

    Support business meetings as needed.

    Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    College courses in business are preferred requirements.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
