Job Description We’re seeking a licensed LMFT or LCSW for a supervisory role with the opportunity to maintain a small caseload (10 clients/week ). You’ll supervise starting at 2 associate therapists, provide individual and group supervision, review clinical documentation, lead and attend meetings, support team development, and occasionally train associates on key topics.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group supervision (approx. 5–8 hrs/week) to associate therapists
Review and approve clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans)
Lead and attend staff meetings and case consultations
Support therapists’ professional growth through training and mentorship
Maintain a small clinical caseload (5–10 clients/week)
Ensure compliance with BBS and ethical standards
Collaborate with leadership to improve quality and workflow
This is a starting part-time position with possibility of full-time
Requirements
Current California LMFT or LCSW (in good standing)
2 days in office (REQUIRED, not including special/additional events)
Maintain a caseload of 10 clients a week
Completed BBS-approved Supervisor training (15 CEUs)
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to provide services in-person and via telehealth
Flexible work from home options available.
