About the Role:

Join Karing Hands Provider Services LLC as a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Wooster, OH. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.

Encourage and facilitate social and recreational activities.

Document and report on client progress and any changes in behavior.

Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
