Production Company Dance Centre in Longmont, CO, is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Administrator to support daily studio operations and create a welcoming, positive experience for our families and staff.
Position Overview
This role is the first point of contact for our studio and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Typical hours : Approximately 2:00–8:00 PM _

Responsibilities:
- Manage student enrollments, scheduling, and account updates
- Provide excellent customer service to families, students, and staff
- Support studio communication and assist with marketing initiatives
- Assist with both short- and long-term studio projects
- Maintain organization of front desk systems and daily operations
- Collaborate closely with studio leadership and teaching staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) required
- Marketing experience or interest strongly preferred
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- A love for dance and enthusiasm for young dancers
