About the Position

A well-established, multi-doctor private dental practice located in Gambrills, MD, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist to join their team on a part-time basis. This modern, patient-centered office is known for its long-standing reputation in the community, commitment to comprehensive care, and strong collaborative environment among its providers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience and a demonstrated focus in endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement. The existing doctors primarily manage general restorative and preventive dentistry and are looking for a specialist-minded associate to handle their in-house referrals for root canals, extractions, and implant cases.

Schedule:

• Part-time: Every other Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Potential to expand to every Wednesday based on patient demand

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed daily rate: $900/day for the first 5 months

• Transition to commission: 33–35% of net collections (commensurate with experience)
