Part time Executive Administrative Assistant to the President
Are you an experienced executive assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support the President of Northwest Office Liquidations? We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team part time, Monday-Friday 9:30-1:30.
Requirements: • Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars • Ability to prepare quotes and handle COI (Certificate of Insurance) documents • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
Responsibilities: • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Efficiently handle email correspondence • Prepare and process quotes for clients • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the President
