About the Role We’re hiring part‑time Ecotechs (home cleaners) to join our field team. This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll work with a partner or independently depending on the day. No prior cleaning experience is required — we provide paid training and clear systems to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain residential homes using our green, non‑toxic products

Follow a structured cleaning system and quality standards

Use a company vehicle during your shift (to and from clients’ homes)

Communicate professionally with clients and teammates

Maintain a positive, dependable presence each shift

Schedule & Hours

Part‑time at $17/hour

Typically 16–25 hours per week

Monday–Friday, no weekend or night shifts

Physical Requirements These are essential to the job and apply to all applicants:

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Ability to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time

Ability to move safely and efficiently in different home environments

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from our office at 6001 Lakeside Avenue

Ability to pass a background check

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfort following a structured system and receiving coaching
