We are currently seeking a part-time Janitorial and Light Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities for a high-rise building in Myrtle Beach:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Perform routine preventive maintenance and light maintenance

Janitorial duties to keep high rise building clean

Other as required in all areas of maintenance & janitorial duties

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance and janitorial field

Familiarity with maintenance and janitorial tools and equipment

Ability to handle a physical workload including:

The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly

The ability to respond quickly to sounds

The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces

The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds

The ability to work in extreme weather

The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

Deadline and detail-oriented

Reliable transportation

Ability to work weekends and after hour on-call responsibilities (rotated unless designated on-site staff)
